I'm writing a post from the viewpoint of the band I am in (The Fall of Reach) and most likely many other local bands. I am sick of seeing bands that have been around for like two years that play the same horrible trash ad nauseam. Having eight breakdowns in a two minute song is so January 2004. It's also pretty funny when you know the singer of a band like that hates his own band. One thing I like, though, is when the "lead guitarist" tries to tap but it sounds like he is throwing up in different octaves. And when a band like this keeps spending money to record their so-called "music" that no one listens to, anyway. But what's even better is when there is a certain member of a band like this that actually thinks they are good and unique. Because, we all know the best influence as to what type of music we should attempt to play is found on hxcmp3.com's band of the minute.
